This is where the story loses me.
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The first 25% of this book I flew through and absolutely adored. It was giving me MAJOR One Day in December vibes and I LOVED that book! But then the timeline jumped. Izzy was married with a child. Sam was a married with twins. Then another lengthy timeline jump. Sam is a widow, the twins are teens, and they live in NYC. But, Izzy is in still London where they originally met, separated and raising her young child. A lot of the book is emails back and forth. It relies on poor communication. It’s also has an identity crisis . . . Is it a book about the kids or a romance!? Then bam a marriage proposal . . . Thee end. What!!!???
