{Thank you to @prhaudio for the gifted audiobook. It’s narrated by the QUEEN Julia Whelan. I devoured it! It made this decades long saga feel immersive.}
“The truth is there’s no such thing as a normal life. There’s just the time you get and how you spend it.”
Have your tissues ready because this book will wreck you! And maybe someone to read this with because the characters will truly frustrate you at times!!! You will get to a point in this story and be—chewing on your fingernails worried—how it’s going to end. The author had me guessing right up until the end!
What to expect:
-Character Driven
-Coming-of Age
-Decades Long Saga
-Pop Culture
(SNL + Sci-Fi Show)
-Secrets
-Loads of Chemistry
-Gets a Little Steamy
This one kind of gave me vibes of The Favorites by Layne Fargo. Or one of my favorite authors, Allison Larkin. I think because Allie writes such character rich, emotional stories like this one is.
Book Summary ➡️

I’m going with 4.5 ⭐️ and definitely recommend it!
