🎧 Favorite Audiobooks from 2023
I’m a photography girlie; phew 😅 these Canva graphics take way too much time! But, I couldn’t help myself after going through all my favorites this past week. Here is a list of my favorite listens + the narrators.
❤️Adelaide by Genevieve Wheeler is narrated by Caitlin Kelly. I binge listened 😆
❤️Beyond that, the Sea by Laura Spence-Ash - Nell Potter’s soft voice and accent was delightful to listen to and so engrossing. She handled narrating many characters with ease.
❤️Happy Place by Emily Henry - We all know Julia Whelan is the G.O.A.T. She made the annoying friends in this one a little less cringey. 😂
❤️Little Monsters by Adrienne Brodeur is a multi character narrative. Each character was given a different narrator which automatically elevates a story for me. Jason Cult, Matt Pittenger, Cassandra Campbell, Joy Osmanski, Allyson Ryan and Sura Siu did a great job.
❤️Hello Stranger by Katerine Center - A bingeable audio thanks to Patti Murin!
❤️No Two Persons by Erica Bauermeister - This is essentially 9 short stories + writer/narrator and they are woven together. Each story is given a different a different narrator which was so amazing! Rachel Jacobs, Barrie Kreinik, Braden Wright, Jesse Vilinsky, Max Meyers, Gabra Zackman, Stephen Graybill, George Newbern, Cassandra Campbell, and Carol Jacobanis were suberb!
❤️Warrior Girl Unearthed by Angeline Bouelly - Star LeBlanc is back again delivering another amazing performance!
❤️The Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon - I have now added Jane Oppenheimer to my list of favorite narrators.
❤️In The Live Of Puppets by TJ Klune - Daniel Henning elevates Klune’s creativity and makes you fall in love with robots. Seriously.
❤️The Folowers by Bradeigh Godfrey - Tim Lounibos is down right creepy and Eileen Steven’s makes me forget I don’t even care about influencers 🤷♀️❤️Being Henry - Love when celebrities narrate their memoirs
❤️The Farewell Tour by Stephanie Clifford - Carrington MacDuffie can even sing in this HFish music fiction
