⬇️ FEBRUARY FAVORITES ⬇️
Somehow it’s March 1st! Next weekend we spring forward the clocks ⏰ and it’s 19 days until Spring 🌷!
February had me traveling at the beginning of the month, sick for two weeks, then traveling again at the end of the month. Overall, I really liked everything I read. Friends, don’t waste your time if a book’s not for you!
-Love by the Book—Jessica George: While this book is out in the UK already, it doesn’t publish until the beginning of April here in the US. George nailed a book on motherhood and friendship. (Out 4/7)
-Once and Again—Rebecca Serle: There are mixed reviews on this one, but for me, I love Serle’s magical realism stories. They are always full of love and something deeper to ponder. And she manages to do it at 250 pages. (Out 3/10)
-More Than Enough—Anna Quindlen: Another author that gives you topics to ponder. This one touches on IVF and ancestry. (Out now)
-One & Only—Maurene Goo: Korean folklore and a romance with chemistry galore. Every single character in this book shines! (Out now)
-Where the Wildflowers Grow—Tear Shelton Harris: An impressive story on grief. I loved this one! (Out now)
-And Now, Back to You—B.K. Borison: I loved being back in the “Heartstrings” world. Tropes galore, this one is fun! (Out now)
-No Matter What—Cara Bastone: While it did take me a little longer to get into this story and be sold on it, I really love this author. This is a story of grief and a marriage is crisis. (Out 3/3)
-The Sea Child—Linda Wilgus: An impressive debut. Feels historic and atmospheric. I loved it and think more people should be talking about this one! (Out now)
-It Girl—Allison Pataki: Allison does it again with her impressive research and storytelling of a little know female person in history. (Out 3/10)
-Love and Other Brian Experiments—Hannah Brohm: STEM, rivals-to-lovers, fake dating, and a whole lot of fun! (Out now)
